Where the Green Fern Grows

This majestic waterfall plunges over 100ft into a volcanic rock lined amphitheater, located deep in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest. Hundreds, if not thousands, of people pass by this waterfall every day in the summer without the slightest clue that it exists. Some that do stop will often complain about the lack of a maintained trail.
Remember to tag responsibility and take pride in finding these majestic places through either research or just luck. There is something special about having a place to yourself, instead of being surrounded by a horde of Instagrammers.
